About the Business
Hi, I'm Phil, proprietor of Phil Rosser school of motoring. The business has been established since March 1987, and has developed from a very humble beginning, to a much respected driving school, providing the best possible tuition to individual needs, at prices that are very competitive. The training we provide caters for the complete beginner, refresher courses, and preparation for an extended driving test, pupils of all ages are welcome. We also provide driving courses on a contractual basis for the City and County of Swansea local authority. Our philosophy is, learning to drive should be an enjoyable learning curve, leading to a lifetime skill undertaken with confidence.
